Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to join a busy dual-season, private/charter 65m motor yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional with both strong restaurant background and proven yacht experience to deliver world-class dining at sea.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have extensive high-end restaurant / fine dining experience (Michelin / luxury hospitality background highly regarded).
- Possess previous yachting experience as Head on yachts of similar size (60m+).
- Be passionate about healthy, seasonal, and beautifully presented cuisine.
- Demonstrate creativity with menus, including international flavors, dietary requirements, and guest preferences.
- Be highly organized and confident managing galley operations, provisioning, and stock control
- Thrive in a busy dual-season program (Med & Caribbean), adapting to demanding guest schedules.
- Maintain excellent hygiene standards and knowledge of HACCP and galley safety procedures.
- Be a strong communicator with a calm, collaborative, and professional approach.
