Chief Stewardess – 32m Private Yacht (Miami-Based)
We are seeking a strong Chief Stewardess to lead the interior of a 32m private yacht currently based in Miami. This is a live-aboard role with two on the interior, offering an exciting opportunity to build a new program from the ground up.
Program Overview
The yacht is currently undergoing a mini refit and will be ready for operations shortly. The owner enjoys entertaining in a family-oriented environment—this is not a “party boat” but a refined, welcoming program with a focus on quality service and organization.
Responsibilities
- Set up the interior from scratch: purchasing, inventories, SOPs, and systems.
- Deliver exceptional service with a polished, professional style.
- Create and serve inventive cocktails, managing guest entertainment with flair.
- Organize and oversee all aspects of the interior team (2 total).
- Collaborate closely with the Captain and crew to establish standards.
- Assist with tender operations—tender driving experience or willingness to learn is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Prior Chief Stew experience on yachts of similar size or larger.
- Strong service background with proven hospitality skills.
- Highly organized and confident in setting up procedures and inventories.
- Experience with interior purchasing, vendor coordination, and budget oversight.
- Flexible, positive attitude, and family-friendly approach.
