Sole Stewardess with Deck Skills – 34m Private Yacht (Miami-Based)
We are seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess with strong deck skills to join a brand-new 34m private program based in Miami. This is an exciting opportunity to help set up the yacht and its operations from the ground up.
Program Overview:
- Family-oriented private program with a relaxed, professional environment
- Itinerary focused on Miami and short trips to the Bahamas

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the interior to a high standard
- Provide seamless guest service in all aspects of the interior
- Assist on deck, including tender driving and watersports support
- Participate in the rotational watch schedule
- Live onboard and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- Previous yacht experience in a sole stew or strong second stew role
- Confident in driving a tender and supporting deck operations
- Organized, proactive, and capable of setting up interior systems/procedures
- Must live onboard full time
- STCW, ENG1, and all relevant certifications up to date
