Summary
100m+ Private M/Y seeking a Chief Officer to join the team during the build stages.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a new build project in the yard and see it through to launch and full operation.
We are looking for an experienced Chief Officer with a Chief Mate Unlimited license as a minimum, who has steadily advanced through the yachting ranks.
This is a high-paced, demanding program and is not suitable for someone looking to step up from a Second Officer position, prior Chief Officer experience is essential.
You will be working alongside a strong build team and excellent Captain.
You must demonstrate strong leadership, extensive experience with large yacht operations, and the confidence to manage a busy and dynamic deck team and coordinate with contractors.
The estimated delivery date will be late 2026.
This role will start as a full-time position, offering 60 days leave and a Monday - Friday work schedule with weekends off. Accommodation ashore and a food allowance will be provided . One return flight to UK/Europe will be included each month, alternative arrangements can be made for crew based outside of these areas. Prior to launch this position will go time for time rotation.
