Summary
We are looking for a Chef to join our team this winter in Italy. The role is to cook tasty, balanced meals for 5–6 crew members on board a 49m yacht.
Responsibilities:
Cook daily meals for the crew.
Keep the galley clean and organized.
Handle provisions and manage storage sensibly.
Be flexible and work well with the rest of the crew.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant, hotel, yacht, or similar).
Positive, reliable, and willing to adapt to life on board.
Yachting background welcome but not required. – training can be given.
Requirements:
Basic STCW 95*
Good level of English

ETERNAL SPARK yacht is 100% charter vessel. She is 49 meter long carrying 498 gross tons over 4 decks. Offers 6 guest cabins for up to 12 guests. Run by 9 crew on board. Crew accommodation in 5 crew cabins – 4x functional doubles with an ensuite toilet/shower + 1x single Captain cabin with an ensuite bathroom.
Looking only for: No drama, positive energy, well educated, experienced, hands on, highly motivated and happy to work crew. Not couples friendly yacht.
