Bosun – 55m Private Motor Yacht

A 55m private motor yacht is looking for a Bosun to join our team in a few weeks. There is a strong opportunity for this role to be paired with a 2nd Stewardess (2–3 years’ experience), with the option of sharing a cabin.

Alternatively, we are also open to independent applications for a female Bosun.

Position Details (Bosun):

• Program: Single-season, private, Med-based

• Crew: 12

• Start Date: 13th October 2025

• Location: Joining in Italy or SOF

• Winter Plan: Yard period early 2026 for 5-year survey

• Salary: €4700 (with 60days leave)

• 1 training course per year, reimbursed after 12 months of employment, at the owner’s discretion.

• Full medical insurance 

• Requirements: Yachtmaster (essential), ideally working towards OOW)

• Salary: €4000-€4500 DOE (with 60days leave)

• 1 training course per year, reimbursed after 12 months of employment, at the owner’s discretion.

• Requirements: 2-3 years' experience on a similar sized vessel
