Summary

Permanent Sous/Second Chef Position – 65m Charter Yacht

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous/Second Chef to join a 65-meter charter yacht on a permanent basis.

  • Role: Responsible for preparing meals for crew members and supporting the Head Chef during guest charters.
  • Requirements: Must hold a valid Ship’s Cook Certificate. Strong culinary skills, versatility across global cuisines, and impeccable presentation are essential.
  • Itinerary: Winter season in the Red Sea, followed by a busy Mediterranean charter season in the summer.
  • Start Date: Immediate.
