Requirements:
Food safety & hygiene certificate
STCW+ Refresher as needed
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
Fluent English
Cleanliness, organized, excellent provisioning.
Beautiful and creative plating, a varied and exciting menu.
Friendly personality, easily gets along with crew, enjoys cooking for the crew as well.
VISA: B1/B2 visa (min. 1 year), valid passport (min. 1 year).
Responsibilities: The role would be a Rotational Chef position 10:10 weeks
Full charge of galley duties. Charter presentation and quality, safe food handling, organization, clean galley practices, happy to cook healthy meals for crew. Responsible provisioning. Level headed and DRAMA free - Happy disposition. Great communications with Interior staff and captain.
Other: Flexible in your role. Reliable, mature, good disposition. Good communicator.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience.
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, rotation, etc. to be finalized during interview process.
