Position: Sole Stewardess
Yacht: 41m SY-private ( Palma based)
We are seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess for a 41m private sailing yacht. This is a full-time role starting on a date to be confirmed.

Itinerary: Vessel is currently in a maintenance period for the next 2–3 months. No plans for a Caribbean crossing at this stage (TBC).
Guests: Up to 9 (4 related families)
Crew: 4
Salary: €5,000/month (MLC contract)
Leave: 60 days annually
Requirements: ENG1, STCW, Seaman’s Discharge Book, FHL2 desired.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4 years’ yachting experience (charter background preferred, though yacht runs privately).
- Strong hospitality background essential.
- Housekeeping must be to a very high standard, with the ability to implement efficient, practical systems.
- Confident in service — guests are experienced and have high expectations.
- Warm, friendly, and caring personality, comfortable as Sole Stewardess.
Languages: Owners speak English fluently, with German and other languages within the family.
