We are seeking an experienced and well-established Head Chef to join a 62m dual-season charter/private motor yacht with a busy program. The yacht will be participating in the Antigua Charter Yacht Show and operates with two rotational Sous Chefs, ensuring a strong and well-structured galley team.
The Package:
- €9,000/month salary
- 90 days leave
- 13th-month bonus
- Annual training credits & yearly performance reviews
- 2 x return flights per year
- Rotation support with Sous Chefs

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record as a Head Chef on busy charter yachts of similar size or larger
- Confident in delivering a wide variety of international cuisines at the highest standard
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, able to run a busy galley with efficiency and creativity
- Passionate about provisioning, menu planning, and adapting to guest preferences
- Positive, motivated, and a strong communicator
