Summary
We have a fantastic Private 100m MY looking for a Bosun to join them in October.
They have just launched and will be having a short Mediterranean season before going back to the yard to fix any small niggling problems. There will then be a Caribbean season to follow.
The right candidate will have a few years of being a Bosun on large yachts or have been part of a new build.
The program is massive on nurturing crew and HODs will set individual targets for crew members and have 6 monthly reviews to assess progress.
They are looking for a positive leader with very strong organisational skills who is happy to run to large Deck team with ease.
There is also a great training allowance onboard for those who want to progress in the industry.
The program also has a 13th month bonus scheme.
