Join the Crew: 2nd Stewardess – 60m Private Sailing Yacht (Auckland, New Zealand)
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic 2nd Stewardess to join a 60m private sailing yacht, currently located in Auckland, New Zealand. The position starts around 20th September 2025.
The yacht will remain in Auckland for a two-month maintenance period before welcoming guests for the November–December season. The boat will stay in New Zealand until mid-January, then likely set sail for the Pacific. The itinerary for the coming years includes travel to remote and adventurous destinations.
This is a private program owned by a lovely, active family who enjoys diving, excursions, and a healthy lifestyle. They often include crew in their activities, so we’re looking for someone who leads a similarly active and wellness-focused lifestyle.
The interior is run by two stewardesses. You’ll be working closely with the Chief Stewardess, sharing responsibility for maintaining the interior and assisting with service during guest trips. We’re seeking someone with previous experience in a similar role, who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic. The crew is international, and there are 10 crew onboard when guests are present.
The package includes:
A monthly salary of $3,500–$4,000 USD (depending on experience), 60 days leave, two return flights per year, a training allowance and a bonus.
