Summary
We are a 64M Conversion Expedition Motor Yacht in search of a Temp Sous Chef for our upcoming trip in Panama while our full time sous is off on leave.
Candidate will join us in Bocas del Toro on October 02, and depart from Panama City on October 26 / 27.
Primarily cooking for 17 crew plus a few supernumeraries, about 20 in total, also assisting with the usual cleaning, organizing, provisioning, etc. Our crew is pretty easy to cook for and get along with, a few pescatarians but otherwise no dietary restrictions.
Candidates should be able to:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Be flexible with menus to use proteins and vegetables that are available.
- Interact professionally with the crew around them.
- Be able to plan ahead and manage their time to work efficiently.
Ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar role and is located in USA or Caribbean for easy transportation. Please check that your passport will allow entry to Panama.
