The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a positive, motivated, and confident Stewardess with minimum 1-years of yachting experience. Previous shipyard exposure is a bonus, though not essential. Currently in the yard and will be heading the Caribbean mid November. The ideal candidate will thrive in a friendly, supportive crew environment where teamwork and a sense of humor are highly valued. This is a role for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle, with a genuine passion for the outdoors, watersports, and fishing. Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow direction, and a proactive, drama-free personality are essential. The successful candidate will be a strong team player who contributes positively to the onboard dynamic and approaches tasks with energy and professionalism.
This is a varied interior position with a rotational focus on housekeeping and laundry, while also stepping into service when required, including breakfast service. The Stewardess will be expected to maintain high standards of detail and presentation across all areas of the interior, as well as provide seamless guest service when called upon. A hands-on and adaptable approach is key, along with the ability to integrate well into a close-knit, active crew who value balance, professionalism, and camaraderie onboard.
