TYS Recruitment is looking for a Deck/stew for a private/charter yacht.

- Salary: $3,400 USD with 5% annual increase
- Leave: 60 Days per year (2 return flights per year)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in yachting with 1 season as Deck/Stew
- Insurance: Full medical insurance
- Training: Annual training allowance
- Visas: B1/B2 and Schengen (for non-EU citizens) are mandatory
- Requirements: Fully vaccinated
We are looking for a Deck/Stew with at least one year of yachting experience, with at least one season as a deck/stew previously. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to maintain high service standards. You'll join a close-knit interior team of five led by an experienced Chief Stewardess. You will also be part of the deck team and be expected to help with docking, washdowns and tender operations. Power boat level 2 would be a bonus for any applicants.
The vessel operates on a dual-season schedule. Winters are typically spent stateside with frequent owner trips (3-4 days maximum every 2-3 weeks). Summers are spent in the Mediterranean with back-to-back charters and occasional owner trips. The American owners are exceptionally kind, consider the crew extended family, and maintain high service standards. They often travel with family members, guests, or their dogs.
The crew dynamic is social, supportive, and fun-loving, with regular group activities ranging from karaoke nights to themed outings and board game evenings. We're looking for someone bubbly and social who will fit well with the crew culture while demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
