Vessel: 57m – Private & Charter
Location: Med Summer / Caribbean Winter

Leave: 120 days rotation

The Role
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join a stunning 57m with excellent crew retention and a close-knit team culture. The yacht runs approximately 6 charters per year plus owners' usage, with an established Sous Chef providing strong galley support. This is a wonderful program looking for someone to commit long-term. This would be a great fit for a chef looking for the balance of a great owner, but still able to move through the gears to create unforgettable experiences for the charter guests on board.
Winter Program: Caribbean charters and private owner trips.

Key Requirements
- Essential: 50m+ yacht chef experience, charter background preferred
- Valid STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 3, B1/B2 visa and or Schengen if needed
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle busy charter periods with quick turnarounds
- Experience with diverse dietary needs and international cuisines
- 18+ months commitment preferred
