38m Motor Yacht - Chef (Seasonal Position)
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join a 38m motor yacht. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the galley, from provisioning to delivering high-quality, varied menus for both guests and crew, catering to individual preferences and dietary requirements/allergies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as yacht Chef or strong professional culinary background
- Ability to plan and execute diverse menus to a high standard
- Confident with provisioning and galley management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 3 valid
- Available to start end of September
- Candidates already located in Florida will be given first preference
This is a seasonal position that may become permanent for the right candidate, offering the chance to showcase creativity and skill in a dynamic charter program within a professional and supportive team.
