38m Motor Yacht - Chief Officer / Mate (Permanent Position)

We are seeking a professional Chief Officer/Mate to join a 38m private/charter motor yacht on a permanent contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated officer to take on responsibility, lead a small team, and be part of a busy program.

• OOW preferred, Yachtmaster Ocean minimum
• ECDIS basic and Transas type specific
• Medical Care
• Experience leading teams of 3
• Bahamas cruising and charter experience
• Strong tender driving skills (37’ with Mercury outboards)
• STCW, ENG1 valid
• B1B2 & Schengen Visa
• Available end of September for handover, October start
• Candidates already located in Florida will be given first preference

This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to an energetic officer looking to grow within a professional and active program.

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• Drivers License
• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore

• RYA Powerboat Level 2
