- B1/B2 (valid min. 1+ years) or US passport
- Schengen Visas if needed (min. 1+ years)
- Food safety/hygiene
- Enjoys cooking for guests and crew.
- Culinary trained chef. Capable of organizing storage and ordering with no walk in fridge/freezers.
- Very CLEAN galley practices.
- Preferences for Non smokers/Vape and light drinking habits. Healthy lifestyle, fit for duty.
- Past longevity, commitment and positive reference feedback
- Subject to thorough drug testing and back ground check

- Experience with Kosher cooking, simple clean, healthy, well plated meals.
- 2 years' experience on yachts or
- 1 year on yachts and several years' experience in high end restaurants
JOB Description: This is a private yacht with a lovely American family. They enjoy spending time onboard and mostly use it during June, July, August and November, December, January. They run with 9 crew . It is a professionally ran program with very experienced captains and a well established management company. The goal is always to have a happy well balanced crew on board that loves their jobs and encourages each other to work as a team.

General schedule:
Post Nantucket trip vessel prepares for Bahamas winter for most of October in West Palm Beach.
Winter: based in bakers bay Nov, Dec, Jan. Heavy owner use with often a full boat and dinner parties with additional guests.
Spring: Yard and prepare for summer. Possible short owner trips.
Summer 5-6 weeks guests on. Next summer possible Med.
Fall: Prepare for winter season possible short owner's trips.
Package: Standard CI SEA ,$8000 per month, 3/1 rotation, Health Insurance.
