Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sole Chef to join a beautiful new build project. Ideally the Chef should have new build or restaurant set up experience as they will be joining in the final stages of the build and will have the opportunity to set up the galley. Proficiency in Mediterranean cuisine utilising fresh local produce is required with the ability to incorporate diverse culinary styles for both crew and guests. Desired qualities include good time management, composure under pressure, responsible provisioning, able to build strong supplier relationships and be able to maintain a pristine work space. Excellent references are essential and proven longevity is valued.
Salary: 7500-9000 EUR doe
