We are currently recruiting for a Y3 Engineer to join an exciting New Build Project. With the vessel scheduled for launch in November, the ideal candidate must demonstrate immediate proficiency in overseeing all final setups, ensuring full functionality and establishing daily departmental operations. The Engineer is expected to exhibit strong organisational abilities and excellent communication skills when interacting with both fellow crew members and shipyard contractors. They should possess a calm demeanor, demonstrate adaptability to changes and consistently contribute positively to the new vessel and its growing crew. Excellent references are essential and proven longevity is valued.
