Summary
We are currently seeking a temporary Head Chef to join a 55m+ Private Motor Yacht.
The role requires a culinary professional who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and service onboard. The ideal candidate will bring innovative menu designs, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation while accommodating diverse dietary requirements. The Head Chef will be required to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests onboard. Healthy and nutritious food for guests. The role is for the last charter of the season
The ideal candidate needs to join the vessel on Monday 8 September
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, particularly in the yacht or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and dietary restrictions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Understanding of inventory management and kitchen safety regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to live and work onboard for extended periods
- Valid STCW and ENG1
- Ships Cook certificate
