Summary
We are looking for a Deckhand to join a 80m Private / Light Charter MY
The programme is mainly centred around private family trips but often hosts repeat charter guests throughout the year
They are currently wrapping up the Mediterranean season before crossing to the Caribbean for winter
There are a total of 25 crew onboard, with a fun, social, and team-oriented culture. You will join a deck team of 9.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least one year of experience on a similar-sized yacht and program.
- Yachtmaster Offshore (YMO) – beneficial but not essential
- PWC / PWCI – highly preferred, those with a strong interest or additional water sports skills are ideal
- B1/B2 visa – mandatory due to cruising locations
- Comfortable assisting with guest activities and water sports
- Outgoing personality and team player
Package
- Rotation: 3:1
- Salary: €3,000
