We are looking for a confident Deckhand ready to step into the Bosun's role on a 65m+ Performance/Racing Sailing Yacht
This is a privately owned programme which features extensive dual season cruising and a heavy racing itinerary
We are looking for a career deckhand with a strong background in sailing and racing. The right person will be driven, hands-on, and technically adept, ready to hit the ground running
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must hold a Yachtmaster Offshore
- B1/B2 visa in hand Ideally
- Previous experience on large sailing yachts (J-Class, racing, or regatta background highly desirable)
- Confident with rigging, sail handling, deck operations, and general maintenance
- A calm, mature team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for sailing
