Chef for Bali 54 – Charter Season in the BVI
Bali 54 is looking for a Chef starting in November for the upcoming charter season based in the British Virgin Islands (BVI).
The catamaran is a 2023 model, in excellent condition and fully equipped for high-end charter service.
We are seeking someone with experience in managing a charter program, who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences. Last season, the yacht successfully completed 18 charters, all with excellent guest feedback.
The Chef will have a private cabin onboard and access to a modern, well-equipped galley. There is plenty of storage space, and the opportunity to acquire additional equipment or tools if it contributes to improving the service provided.
We are looking for a Chef with a diverse and versatile culinary background, with a focus on Mediterranean, French, and Asian-fusion cuisines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in yacht or charter operations
- Creativity and versatility in the kitchen
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Willingness to commit for the season (longevity is valued)
- Portfolio with sample menus and food photos
Compensation:
- USD $3,500 per month + tips
