Summary
We are looking for a talented crew Chef from the around the 23rd of September for 10 days to cook fresh food for 25 crew.
Must be capable of provisioning and cooking healthy, nutritious well balanced diet, meat/fish, we have vegetarian and gluton entolerant dietry requirements too.
We are at the end of a busy season at a time whern crew look forward to exciting, healthy meals.
There is a possibility the odd meal may be required for a small group of owners reps.
Freshly baked, simple tasty and well presented savoury snacks may be required for client viewings.
The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to deliver, calm and friendly.
You will be the only chef onboard, the principal chef will be on annual leave so it is imperative you can work autonomously.
Must be able to provision and cook within budget.
MUST HAVE SHIPS COOK CERTIFICATE
