Household & Estate Manager – Private Residence – Europe
We are seeking an experienced Household and Estate Manager to oversee the high end operations of three European based Residences.
Start date: September 2025
Locations: Hybrid operation in relations to properties in the UK, Italy and Spain
Package: To be negotiated, DOE
This is a live-out position – so this would suit best candidates who are living in Western Europe
This is a hands-on managerial role: the candidate must be as comfortable setting standards and supervising staff as negotiating with suppliers or arranging logistics.
Experience and attributes required:
- Proven background as:
- Estate/Household Manager for UHNW families.
- Purser or Chief Steward(ess) on large yachts.
- Senior leader in luxury 5-star hotels (Executive Housekeeper, Rooms Division Manager, Director of Guest Services, Head Butler, Assistant Hotel Manager).
- Highly proactive, anticipatory, discreet, and accustomed to confidentiality.
- Hands-on and detail-focused yet able to train, delegate, and enforce high standards.
- Excellent problem solver; resourceful and self-sufficient.
- Languages: English and Italian required; Spanish an advantage.
- Flexible and willing to travel across Europe.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to provide a Police Clearance Check
- Valid Passport and European Residency
- A Valid driving licence
