Are you a yacht engineer based in the Oz/NZ region and available for some immediate relief?
Position Snapshot
- Excellent Rates ($US)
- 2 months relief (flexible)
- Flexible on ticket (AEC level ok)
The engineer should have previous yacht engineering experience (motor or sail)
Will be supported by the captain with handover
The crew are encourage to join the US owner with water activities and the occasional outing, an active crew environment is strongly encouraged onboard
The vessel will bounce between the Fijian Islands, fishing, diving, snorkelling and exploring
The engineer would be required to stay on until the yachts departure to NZ in November
The Ideal Candidate
- Engineering experience
- Sail experience advantageous (not essential)
- Diver certs are a bonus
- Enjoys off the beaten track locations
- Located locally for joining
- STCW / Seafarer medical
