Position Snapshot

·      Start: 10^th September

·      Salary Guide: $7000 US / month DOE on ticket / experience + Tips

·      Good leave package (discussed with captain)

A unique opportunity has become available for an experienced chief officer to join a successful charter program in the South Pacific Islands.

The vessel is a very popular charter yacht that operates mostly in the French Polynesian and Fijian islands, with the occasional private owner use.

Vessel has completed Lloyds certificate of Class and Cook Island annuals at the beginning of the year.

Total crew onboard of Captain + 9 crew of mixed nationalities.

Position is open to all English-speaking nationalities.

Must be able to join by the 10^th September (for handover with outgoing CO) before a charter commences on the 13^th September

Requirements.

·      Minimum cert OOW. Considerations given to someone that has courses completed and waiting for NOE.

·      Commercial Charter experience Preferred

·      Bridge and Deck time so must be active outside with the Deck team, not just bridge

·      Understand Full ISM

·      Have worked with electronic PMS systems. (SeaHub)

·      STCW, ENG1 , Valid Passport

Salary & leave package – DOE and certification. Ballpark $7000 US / month + Tips

Vessel based out of Tahiti, French Polynesia chartering for the next year between Tahiti and Fiji.
