Position: 2nd Stewardess
Yacht: 48m Private Motor Yacht
Start Date: Mid-September 2025
Location: Europe (Winter itinerary: Brazil, Argentina, Dutch Antilles; Summer 2026: Mediterranean)
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years minimum experience as Stewardess (not from very large yachts)
- Strong interior skills: service, housekeeping, laundry
- Positive references & longevity
- STCW + ENG1
- B1/B2 visa or US residency
- Non-smoker, dry boat policy
- Must be hands-on, adaptable, team-oriented (comfortable helping with washdowns, engine room detailing, tender driving, bridge watches, etc.)
- Social fit is essential crew culture values travel, nature, photography, exploring destinations, not heavy nightlife
Package
- Salary: $3,500 to $4,500 USD (DOE)
- Full-time, annual contract with 90-day trial period
- ~40 days leave per year
- 2 return flights annually (cap $2,750 USD)

- 13th month bonus (end of calendar year)

Ideal Candidate
- 1 to 2 years industry experience
- Active, adaptable, eager to learn and pitch in wherever needed
- Boating background or interest in seamanship/tender driving is a plus
- No smokers, no heavy phone/social media dependence
