Summary

West Nautical are seeking an experienced Chief Officer on a 70m new build, currently in the yard, commencing her debut in the spring.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wishing to join a new build, ensuring all deck areas are up to standards & to create your own team.

The yacht will be used dual seasons with great, fun loving owners, who value their crew.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience on a yacht this size with proven longevity, this is a very important part of this yachts crew requirements.

2:2 rotation

€7 - 8,000 PCM DOE

Requirements

OOW/Chief Mate

STCW

ENG1

SSO (an advantage)

Must have previous experience on similar size vessel & proven longevity

Male candidate due to cabin arrangements

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Officer of the Watch <3000gt
• MCA CoC Chief Mate <3000gt

RYA/MCA Deck Modules (OR Short Courses & equivalent)

• Navigation & Radar (OOW Yachts)
