The owners are seeking someone who will stay long term, the previous Captain was with them 10+ years, so commitment is crucial.

She will cruising around the Caribbean & spending time in Brazil, so knowledge in navigating these areas is important.

Great crew & fantastic owners who like to interact with their crew, enjoying watersports with them & shoreside excursions.

Requirements

500gt

STCW

ENG1

B1/B2 visa

Schengen if required

Previous experience in the same role on a similar size vessel

Great guest & crew interpersonal skills

Salary TBC DOE

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Master <500gt / Class 5

RYA/MCA Deck Modules (OR Short Courses & equivalent)

• Navigation & Radar (OOW Yachts)
• General Ship Knowledge (OOW Yachts)

RYA Qualifications

• RYA Intermediate Powerboat
