Rotational Y3 AVIT / 2nd Engineer 65m M/Y
We are seeking an experienced and technically versatile Y3 AVIT / 2nd Engineer to join a 65m private motor yacht on a rotational contract.
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Location: Mediterranean (Winter likely in Italian yard)
Rotation: 8 weeks on / 8 weeks off
Salary: 6,500/month (paid 12 months)
Cabin: Shared
Contract: Full-time rotational
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the yachting industry
- Proven longevity (18+ months in previous roles)
- Must have prior yacht experience
- Comfortable running with a 2-engineer setup
- Strong hands-on skills across:
- Electrical & Electronics
- AV/IT systems incl. Team Italia & IDEA PMS
- Refrigeration, A/C, Watermakers
- Sewage Treatment & Hydraulics
- Pool, Galley & Laundry Equipment
- Interior repairs & firefighting systems

- 2x CAT 3516
- 3x CAT C9.3
- 1x CAT C7
- 3rd Assistant Engineer joins during layup periods
Itinerary:
- Med summers
- Dubai winters (Upcoming winter likely spent in Italy)
