Summary
We’re seeking a kind, grounded Chief Stewardess to join a classic Dutch 40m new build in the Netherlands, Private and Charter. This professionally managed program is an excellent step-up opportunity for a strong 2nd Stew with Relief Chief Stewardess experience who is ready to hit the ground running and build longevity with an exciting new operation. The Owner values genuine, drama-free professionals who take pride in their craft, live a healthy lifestyle, and deliver exceptional guest experiences on charter and private trips alike.
You’ll lead the interior through the final build phase and launch: establish SOPs, create service standards, set up inventories and provisioning systems, curate the wine/cocktail program, and train/mentor a tight-knit team ahead of a busy dual-season schedule.
Itinerary: Joining Netherlands → Med delivery → Caribbean (Dec 2025; St Barths & Sint Maarten) → Palm Beach (Mar/Apr 2026) → U.S. East Coast (Summer 2026; New York) → Med Season 2027
Start Date: 26th August (All documents in hand, ready to fly)
Compensation Package: $7000 – $8,500 (DOE) / Leave: 38 days during probation; after 90 days, renegotiated to 45–60 days
Skills & Attributes Required
- New build/launch readiness: service SOPs, inventories, outfitting, guest-area detailing
- Strong all-round service, wine & cocktail knowledge (charter-active program)

Qualifications Required
- STCW (fully updated) + PDSD
- Seafarer’s Medical (ENG1)
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- B1B2 Visa
- Schengen Visa (if applicable)
