Summary
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Stewardess to join a Private 25-meter MY, currently based in San Diego and heading to Los Angeles post-yard period. This is a temporary opportunity covering for the permanent Stewardess who is on leave until September 25th, 2025.
Ideally suited to someone already based in Los Angeles or nearby, though onboard accommodation can be provided if needed. Candidates must have strong cocktail knowledge and basic housekeeping and laundry skills. Light deck duties, primarily line handling, are also required for this role. Lovely Owner and excellent Captain on board. Must have strong references both verbal and written.
West Coast USA cruising, docked in Los Angeles.
Start Date: August 11th - September 25th
Compensation Package: $4,000 monthly or equivalent day rate
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Strong stewardess background with light deck duties
- Cocktail knowledge required
- Confident in line handling and docking
- Self-sufficient, easygoing, and professional
- Based in Los Angeles preferred (but not essential)
Qualifications Required:
- STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
- Food and Hygiene Level 2
- Seafarers Medical Certificate
- Valid B1 Visa (essential)
