Summary
We are searching for a sous chef to join this 80mt world cruising motor yacht. This is a full time position, for an adaptable and flexible candidate. Predominantly responsible for the crew’s well being and their daily meals, cooking for up to 18/19 crew.
Willing to help out when needed during guest meals and preparation as well. You will be working side by side with two rotational head chefs, a male and a female, who have proven longevity onboard, and have both been cooking for the owner and his family for some time now.
Overall we requiere someone independent enough, who has the ability and skills to take on such work load, running that section of the galley and experienced with feeding large amounts of crew.
This yacht is exclusively private, with a couple of trips planned for the winter season in the Caribbean prior to continuing through the Panama Canal and onto Pacific waters. Duration of trips tend to be 30days at a time, with weekly segmented turn overs of friends and guests.
There is a multi ethic team running this yacht, with a nice balanced atmosphere, no egos and no dramas!
