The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Service to lead the service department onboard a prestigious 120m+ private motor yacht. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with proven senior service experience on large yachts, confident in managing and motivating a large team of service stewardesses. You will work closely with the Chief Stewardess and Interior Manager to uphold the highest service standards, oversee daily operations, and ensure seamless guest experiences. Strong knowledge of wine and service styles, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a professional, polished demeanor are essential. The role also requires experience in inventories, SoPs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (and ideally Canva). Candidates with proven longevity, a collaborative approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will excel in this position. The ideal candidate should have no visible tattoos, high presentation and hygiene standards
