We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain to take command of a ~40m private yacht.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as Captain on charter yachts of a similar size
- Strong leadership and crew management skills, with a track record of building cohesive teams
- Thorough and current knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
- Extensive cruising experience in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Confident in engaging with owners and guests, ensuring discretion and professionalism at all times
- Proactive, hands-on approach with high personal and professional standards
