Chief Officer/1st Mate in Italy

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Officer to join a 51m dual-season charter motor yacht.

The vessel operates in both the Mediterranean and the Middle East.

Requirements:

• Proven charter yacht experience – mandatory
• Previous experience as Chief Officer on yachts of approximately 50m
• All mandatory certifications valid (STCW, ENG1, etc.)
• Strong leadership and bridge management skills
• Hands-on and guest-focused attitude

Contract Details:

• Start Date: 28 August 2025
• Duration: 8–10 weeks
• Possibility to transition into a permanent position based on performance

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
