EXPERIENCED TEMPORARY HOUSEKEEPER REQUIRED FOR UHNW HOME IN MAYFAIR
Location: Mayfair, London
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (1-2 weeks from end of August 2025)
Salary: £200 per day (self-employed)

A great temporary opportunity has become available for an experienced and discreet Housekeeper to assist in an UHNW family home in Mayfair. Starting from late August for 1-2 weeks, the temporary housekeeper will assist the permanent household staff with the general cleaning and organisation of the house, following the family’s summer visit.
Our client is seeking an experienced temporary Housekeeper with a positive attitude, and an energetic approach for this role. You will be trustworthy, highly reliable and have a great eye for detail, as well as prior experience working within UHNW homes, with exceptional knowledge and experience of how to care for surfaces and fabrics with fine finishes.
Working from Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm (or from 9am-5pm) you will work with the current House Manager and the wider team to ensure that the family’s home is immaculately cleaned and organised. The role is to start late August (exact date TBC) and will be for 1 or 2 weeks.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Dusting and wiping surfaces
· Vacuuming/sweeping and mopping of floors
· General cleaning and detailing of bathroom, bedrooms and other common areas
· Laundering and storage of linens and cleaning rags
· General tidying of all areas of the home
· Following instructions from the House Manager
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
· Prior housekeeping experience in a high-end private household
· Fluency in English and the right to live and work in the UK
· Hardworking, dedicated and high attention to detail
· Able to follow instruction
· London based
· Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet
· Excellent checkable references
