RUSSIAN-SPEAKING HOUSEKEEPER REQUIRED FOR UHNW STAFFED HOUSEHOLD IN LONDON

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Russian-speaking Housekeeper to join a private VIP household in London. This is a full-time position where you will spend approximately 75% of your time on general housekeeping duties and 25% on laundry and wardrobe care. Taking pride in your work and working collaboratively alongside a few other housekeepers, you will have an exacting eye for detail and prior experience in a similar role within a HNW private household.
Keeping all areas of the home in immaculate condition, you will have experience caring for delicate surfaces, furnishings, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning products and methods. Assisting in the laundry when required, you will handle all laundry tasks including washing, ironing, folding and storing high-value garments and fabrics appropriately. A fully staffed household, you will also be a team player who is able to follow instructions from superiors yet have the ability to work independently when required.
Working 5 days per week on a rolling schedule with two consecutive days off per week, working hours are from 7am-5pm on weekdays, and 8am-6pm if you’re scheduled to work over the weekend – you will be guaranteed at least one weekend off per month.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Hands-on housekeeping to include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing silver, changing bed linen and making beds, cleaning bathrooms etc.
· Laundry and ironing, including caring for delicate items such as silk, cashmere etc.
· Assisting with wardrobe management and packing/unpacking
· Laying/clearing the table when required
· Reporting any maintenance issues to the House Manager
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
· A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
· Efficient time management
· Previous experience in a HNW private household, preferably within a staffed household
· Discreet, polished, well presented and professional
· Strong communication skills and a helpful, respectful attitude
· Reliable and trustworthy team player
· Proactive and self-motivated
· A positive, can-do attitude
· Ability to follow instructions and work as a team player, as well as the ability to work independently when required
· Living within a commutable distance from Central London
· Right to live and work in the UK
