Chef Position – September to October Contract
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Chef to join our team from mid-September through the end of October. This role involves cooking for both crew and guests, ensuring a consistently high standard of cuisine onboard.
Key Requirements:
- Strong background in preparing diverse, high-quality meals for mixed groups.
- Knowledge and experience in catering for Celiac (gluten-free) and vegetarian dietary needs.
- Ability to plan and execute menus that balance creativity, nutrition, and guest preferences.
- Flexibility to adapt between crew meals and elevated guest dining experiences.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Applicants must hold the legal rights to work in Australia.
