Summary

Chef Position – September to October Contract

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Chef to join our team from mid-September through the end of October. This role involves cooking for both crew and guests, ensuring a consistently high standard of cuisine onboard.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong background in preparing diverse, high-quality meals for mixed groups.
  • Knowledge and experience in catering for Celiac (gluten-free) and vegetarian dietary needs.
  • Ability to plan and execute menus that balance creativity, nutrition, and guest preferences.
  • Flexibility to adapt between crew meals and elevated guest dining experiences.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Applicants must hold the legal rights to work in Australia.

This is a dynamic temporary position suited to a chef who enjoys variety, creativity, and a professional but friendly onboard environment.
