FEMALE SOUS CHEF
We are looking for a female sous chef (only due to cabin arrangements) to join a 58m private single season motor yacht based in Barcelona for the winter.
We are open to candidates green to yachting but who are professionally trained and be able to work on their own while the Head Chef is away.
Start date : Mid September (exact date to be confirmed)
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing varied, balanced, and nutritious meals for the crew, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and organization in the galley, and assisting the Head Chef during guest service throughout the summer season. Sourdough baking skills are a plus.
Off season the crew work Monday to Friday with the weekends off!

Requirements:
• Previously a Chef in a professional hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid STCW certification & ENG1 medical certificate.
