FEMALE SOUS CHEF
We're on the hunt for a brilliant Female Sous Chef to join our active, sociable, and fun-loving crew aboard a 60m private motor yacht.
We're wintering in Spain, open to candidates green to yachting, however must be seasoned culinary pros who can jump right in as our Head Chef is currently on leave. You'll be the culinary star, keeping our happy crew well-fed and energized!
Duties :
- Preparing varied, balanced, and seriously delicious meals for our crew.
- Working independently to maintain a spotless, high-standard of hygiene and organization in the galley.
- Assisting the Head Chef with guest service during the summer season.
- Bonus points for sourdough baking skills.
Off-season, we work a Monday to Friday schedule, meaning on weekends you'll have more than enough time to explore or just relax!
Requirements:
- Previous professional Chef experience in a hospitality setting (restaurants, hotels, etc.).
- Professionally trained.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills—you're a master of efficiency!
- A valid STCW certification (Non-Negotiable!)
- A valid ENG1 medical certificate (Non-Negotiable!)
