Summary
We are seeking a professional and experienced Crew Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing varied, balanced, and nutritious meals for the crew, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and organization in the galley, and assisting the Head Chef during guest service throughout the summer season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation of healthy and diverse meals for multinational crew.
- Assisting the Head Chef with guest meals and service when required.
- Efficient galley management, including provisioning and stock control.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards.
- Contributing positively to a professional and collaborative crew environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a yacht chef or in a professional hospitality setting.
- Culinary creativity with the ability to adapt to dietary requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1 medical certificate.
- Team player with a positive attitude, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure.
