Summary

We are seeking a professional and experienced Crew Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing varied, balanced, and nutritious meals for the crew, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and organization in the galley, and assisting the Head Chef during guest service throughout the summer season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily preparation of healthy and diverse meals for multinational crew.
  • Assisting the Head Chef with guest meals and service when required.
  • Efficient galley management, including provisioning and stock control.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards.
  • Contributing positively to a professional and collaborative crew environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a yacht chef or in a professional hospitality setting.
  • Culinary creativity with the ability to adapt to dietary requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid STCW certification and ENG1 medical certificate.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure.
