The Role
We’re searching for a proactive Yacht Operational Manager to oversee the technical, safety, and compliance operations of our managed yachts. You’ll coordinate maintenance, support captains and crews, manage budgets, and uphold the highest standards of operational excellence.
What We Offer
- Base Salary (based on experience):
- From £33-50K per annum.
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary, tied to operational efficiency, project delivery, and client satisfaction
- Hybrid working, approximately 3 days a week in the office and the remainder can be worked from home if desired.
- Professional development support and travel for yacht/yard/supplier visits
About You
- Previous yachting experience is advantageous; yacht management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of technical operations, safety/compliance standards (ISM/ISPS, class, flag requirements). You will work with the support of a DPA on compliance tasks.
- Excellent organisational, financial oversight, and communication skills
