About Mega Yacht Solutions Ltd
Mega Yacht Solutions Ltd provides bespoke management and charter services for some of the world’s most prestigious yachts. We work with ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring yacht ownership and chartering are seamless, luxurious, and rewarding.
The Role
We are seeking a driven and creative Charter Manager / Marketing & Social Media Lead to join our growing team. This is a dual role: you’ll be responsible for developing and managing our yacht charter portfolio while leading the company’s marketing and social media presence.
You’ll bring together your commercial acumen and creative flair to secure new charter listings, expand our client base, and showcase Mega Yacht Solutions as a leader in luxury yacht management. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating business, and producing high-impact marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire yacht charter process from listing to booking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht owners, brokers, and charter clients.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Lead our marketing strategy, including social media, website content, and campaigns.
- Represent Mega Yacht Solutions at yacht shows, industry events, and client meetings.
About You
- Proven experience in yacht charter management or luxury travel sales or alternatively a yacht crew background with a sound understanding of charter operation.
- Strong marketing and social media skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Self-motivated with a growth-focused mindset.
- Confident communicator, able to build trust with UHNW clients.
- Flexible, organised, and able to work independently.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses tied to growth.
- Flexible working arrangements (approx. 3 days/week in Lymington or Isle of Wight office).
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic, expanding company at the heart of the luxury yachting sector.
- Direct impact on the business’s growth and brand presence.
- Ability to chose your direction and refine the role as business expands.
