The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a Deckhand with ideally 1 years experience holding a yachtmaster who bring the right personality, attitude, and drive. This is a great opportunity for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to learn within a high-performing, professional team.
As Deckhand, you'll support the day-to-day operations on deck including maintenance, cleaning, mooring, watersports, and guest setups. You'll be working under the guidance of the Bosun and Officers to maintain high exterior standards and safety culture. Ideal for someone early in their yachting career who's keen to grow and contribute positively to team morale.
- Required experience: Ideally 1 years yachting experience
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, B1/B2 visa, PB2 minimum and Yachtmaster (preferred)
