The Candidate Specification
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Female Dive Instructor with dive experience and a strong background in delivering exceptional guest experiences on the water. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading high-volume water sports activities and possess excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests of all ages and experience levels. Additional deckhand skills are highly desirable and will be viewed as a valuable asset, offering potential for career progression. A passion for water sports, safety awareness, and the ability to work seamlessly within a large, professional crew are essential.
