Chief Officer/1st Mate

Summary

• 60m Dual Season Private/Charter yacht are looking for a Chief officer to join them early September!

• This is a long standing client who we have worked with for years, superb Captain, great owner, steady charters and a good itinerary!

• They are looking for a CM 3000 ready to hit the ground running. They are happy to consider experienced 2^nd officers coming from larger yachts ready to step up into their first Chief officer position. Good support onboard and a great team to work alongside

• The boat will be crossing to the Caribbean this Winter, plans for 2026 are to cruise further afield with strong potential for South Pacific cruising

• Steady charter during the Summer, several weeks completed this year and some excellent tips picked up this summer!

• They are looking for a driven, eager and well presented officer who will slot in seamlessly into the longstanding team

• Male only due to Cabin arrangements

• Excellent package including time for time rotation ( 8 weeks on/off), 7250 USD PCM, 13^th month, full medical , training budget and even split of tips! – full package and tips TBD during initial calls

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
