Summary
We are looking for a Bosun for a busy 50m+ Charter Sailing Yacht
The programme runs with busy charters and a owner trip each season! They are are a dual season programme.
The crew are an active bunch who enjoy watersports and sailing. They have excellent longevity across the team so you will be joining a close knit and experienced crew.
They will be finishing the season with the Monaco Yacht Show followed by a winter yard period in Palma. Before returning to their usual dual season programme
The Ideal Candidate
- 1yr in a Bosuns role on a similar programme - However Experienced deckhands who are looking to step up can be considered
- You must hold a Yacht master Offshore due to navigational watch duties
- Experienced with hands on maintenance or yard periods will be greatly beneficial
- Comfortable leading a team through projects
- Large Tender driving experience is beneficial
- A keen interest in sailing or watersports is a bonus
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Salary: 4000 EUR
Leave: 60 days
Training support can be offered after proven longevity on board, all Tips split equally through the crew
